The Lind-Bohanon Neighborhood Association (LBNA) is making Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) funds available to provide low interest loans to both owner-occupied and absentee-owned, 1-4 unit residential structures located in the Lind-Bohanon Neighborhood.

Revolving Loan
Loan Amount
*Minimum loan amount $1,000
*Maximum loan amount $15,000
Interest Rate
*4%
Eligible Properties Include
*Owner-occupied and absentee-owned, 1-4 unit residential structures located in the Lind-Bohanon neighborhood.
Income Limit
*None
Loan Term
The repayment term, not to exceed 10 years, will be based on loan amount, household income, and amount of current debt. The loan may be prepaid at any time without penalty.
Proof of Income
If you are employed submit a copy of your most recent paystub. If you are retired submit a copy of your social security benefits or pension. If you are self-employed submit copies of your Federal Tax Returns for the last 2 years.
Contractors
All contractors must be properly licensed to work in the City of Minneapolis. CEE will verify that contractors are licensed.
