 How to become a Block Clubleader?

Find yourself wanting to get more involved in the neighborhood?

The next Block Clubleader Training is July 24th at the 4th Precinct.

There are many things residents can do to keep themselves, their families, and neighborhood a great place to live. Many in the neighborhood have taken the CCP/Safe Blockclub leader training and host a National Night Out event on their block. This one two-hour training session by CCP/Safe will qualify you to become a block clubleader. Contact LBNA to find out when the next training event will be! 612-588-7641.

 

Community Impact Statements

If you've been to any meeting regarding crime and safety you've heard of Community Impact Statements and the importance of letting the courts know how these crimes impact your community. When we speak up about crime in our neighborhoods we are told there are three main things residents can do to combat crime: 1) Call the police, 2) Create block clubs and 3) Do Community Impact Statements when they become available.
